I, the client, hereby accept the following terms and conditions of trade for ARC Group Ptd Ltd.

1. A service callout fee of $55 applies to attend site. An assessment will then be done for works required.
2. Payment is to be made upon completion of works, unless previously arranged, to the site attendee.
3. Flexible payment options are: Cash, Cheque, Credit Card or Direct Bank Transfer (receipt number required).
4. Applicable GST, bank fees and/or charges/surcharges apply as due.
5. This payment claim is made under the Building & Construction Industry Security of Payment Act 1999.
6. These and all other works form a contract to supply goods and services as stated.
7. This forms an electronic signature by accepting the terms and conditions stated herein.
